Spatial Audio

In partnership with Southby, our composers and performers had the additional opportunity to work with soloists from Riot Ensemble on a special project exploring spatial audio in the highest resolution d&b Soundscape studio in London.

The project particularly asked composers to investigate the Submarine Six: a pickup that exports each string of the acoustic guitar through a different channel. This allows for spatialisation and individual processing of each string independently.
